Ryan was raised in Knik, Alaska and has mushing in his blood. He and his wife Sarah run Redington Mushing and race sled dogs throughout the winter. Kaitlyn was raised in Skagway , Alaska and was a life long connection to the community and Colten, as Kaitlyn's husband, is helping make it all work as they raise their four kids and the family continues to call Skagway home.
